Authority : The Director of the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs, pursuant to authority set forth in Article III of Reorganization Plan No. 1 of 1983, effective March 31, 1983, and Mayor’s Order 83-92, effective April 7, 1983; section 6(h) of An Act To provide for the abatement of nuisances in the District of Columbia by the Commissioners of said District, and for other purposes, approved April 14, 1906 (34 Stat. 114; D.C. Official Code § 42-3131.06(h) (2010 Repl.)); Mayor’s Order 2002-33, effective February 11, 2002; and section 104 of the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs Civil Infractions Act of 1985, effective October 5, 1985 (D.C. Law 6-42; D.C. Official Code § 2-1801.04 (2007 Repl.)).
