Authority : Unless otherwise noted, this chapter was adopted under the authority of the Emergency Assistance Program Act of 1988, D.C. Code, 2001 Ed. §4 1201 et seq.; and Mayor's Order 89 168 (July 25, 1989), as amended by Mayor's Order 89 233 (October 5, 1989). The Emergency Assistance Program Act was repealed by D.C. Law 12 241 §7, 46 DCR 905 (April 20, 1999).
