Official Code § 2-559), and the Commissioner of the Department of Insurance, Securities and Banking, pursuant to the authority set forth in § 4 of the Uniform Consultation Referral Form Act of 2002, effective April 13, 2002 (D.C. Law 14-97; D.C. Official Code § 31-3233(Supp. 2002).
