Authority : Sections IV(A) and V of Reorganization Plan No. 4 of 1983, effective March 2, 1984 (30 DCR 6428 (December 16, 1983); the District of Columbia Traffic Adjudication Act of 1978 (D.C. (1986 Repl.), and specifically Secs. 105 and 107 of that Act; the Persons with a Disability Parking Privilege Amendment Act of 1988, effective March 31, 1989 (D.C. Law 7-219; 36 DCR 545 (January 20, 1989)).
