Law 14-137; D.C. Official Code §§ 50-921.04(2)(I) and 50-921.05(b) (2014 Repl. )); the School Transit Subsidy Act of 1978, effective March 6, 1979 (D.C. Law 2-152; D.C. Official Code § 35-233(g) (2012 Repl.)), as amended by the School Transit Temporary Amendment Act of 2013, effective December 5, 2013 (D.C. Law 20-43; 60 DCR 14718 (October 18, 2013)) and any substantially similar successor legislation; and Mayor's Order 79-83, dated May 10, 1979.
